Salon Policies
No food allowed in the salon.
Cancellations (including reschedules) must be given 24 hours notice, otherwise a 50% appointment cost fee is required before booking any future appointments.

No shows will be charged the full appointment cost before booking any future appointments.

For Laser cancellations, the first late cancellation will be a $25 fee, and each one thereafter will be 50% of the appointment cost.
No children in the salon unless supervised by another adult, or receiving a service.
Please turn off your phone ringer & have media volume off so all guests can relax.
Upon late arrival, appointment will still end at scheduled time. Rebooking no-show fee may be required at stylist's discretion.
If you are sick, rebook. If you show up sick you will be asked to rebook. Cancellation fee will be waived for illness or emergency when notice is given.

We do not remove or refill any nail enhancement not applied by us. This includes removal of gel polish, hard gels, acrylics, dip, resine, or polygels not applied in the salon.
Our Cleaning Procedures
We take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously here at Pimp My Nails Plus. Each station and associated equipment are cleaned thoroughly in between services using Pre-Empt products, and all tools are cleaned and sanitized using CS-20 High Level Sterilant.
Our service providers wash their hands between each client, and gloves are worn for most services, where needed.
Our reception team is vigilant in keeping common areas tidy to ensure a clean salon environment for everyone.
We are also a "no outdoor footwear" salon, so we have clean slippers and boot covers available for your use to help keep our salon as clean as possible.

Refusal of Service
There are instances in which it is possible that we may have to refuse a service for the safety of our clients and our staff. Some examples include if you have an infection on your scalp, nails or feet, if you are asking for a service that will compromise the integrity of your hair, etc.

Tanning Policies
To ensure the efficient operation of our tanning services and to respect the time of both our clients and staff, we have implemented a no-show policy. This policy applies to all clients, including those who have purchased tanning packages.
No-Show Policy Details:
1. Unlimited Membership Clients:
If you book a tanning session and fail to show up without prior notice, you will be charged the full price of a single tanning session ($10+tax).
The fee for the missed session will be added to your account and must be paid at your next appointment.
2. Per Session Package Clients:
If you have purchased a per session tanning package and fail to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, one session will automatically be deducted from your package.
No refunds or credits will be issued for the missed session.
Notification and Cancellation:
To avoid no-show fees or deductions, please notify us at least 1 hour in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
You can notify us via phone or email, or cancel through our online booking system if it is more than 24 hours.
